Continuing with our Clean Eating Challenge recap, below is something from Maria M. on her last day of the challenge when we re-tested the benchmark WOD:
“Today I felt like crap. I wanted 9 rounds. During the WOD I felt fast but the barbell was fighting me entire time. I didn’t get the 9 rounds but consoled myself with “I made it through the 30 days” (sort of…Then Michelle Rack was like “the Rx weight is different, girl!” Which means that in 30 days I did one less rep #20 heavier and didn’t even realize it. #mindblown. Thanks CFH for the challenge!
