Athlete Spotlight Friday!
This week we want to shine a light on Katie I. Katie has been with us for about 9 months. This week Katie used a 20 inch box for the first time in a workout and did so with skill and confidence. Box jumps can be intimidating for lots of people. It takes courage to add height to your box during a WOD. We want to applaud Katie for taking the jump (no pun intended) this week and continuing to step outside of her comfort zone. We hope that this post will inspire other people to try something new and challenging next week!

Take 15 minute to find a heavy 3 Rep Power Snatch
**Every three minutes put the bar down and complete 1 minute of shoulder mobility- Lax ball, foam roller, bands.
