CFH Intramural Open Week 3 Recap! 

Last week was another awesome showing of fitness, community, and teamwork. Below are the scores for Week 3!

Participation points: each team was given 50 Points for 100% total participation (everyone completes the workout and enters a score). For each person who did not complete the WOD or enter their score, two points were deducted. This week some teams lost some pretty major points in this category. Get your scores in, people!
Pull & Pray: 48 points
Kat’s Meow: 42 Points
NMMBMOB: 40 points
Squat & Dab: 38 points

Most inspiring performance (5 points)-

Colm for nailing bar muscles ups during one of the last heats of the night! He patiently waited his turn and manged to get a up above that bar!

Spirit of the Open (5 points)- Pull and Pray

They brought the St. Patty’s day Spirit.  Especially, team captain RJ!

Here is where we stand after Week 3: 

Pull & Pray: 67 (week 1) + 55 (week 2) + 62 (week 3) = 184
Nobody Makes Me Bleed My Own Blood: 67 (week 1) + 60 (week 2) + 54 (week 3) = 181

Squat & Dab: 54 (week 1) + 66 (week 2) +47 (week 3) = 167

Kat’s Meow: 54 (week 1) + 52 (week 2) + 56 (week 3) = 162

Strength WOD

Front Squat with a 10 second pause
Take 12 minutes to find a heavy set then hit that weight 4 times.

**Pick a weight where you can go unbroken in the front squats.  You should be moving the whole 10 minutes.**
