**This weekend we are hosting a CrossFit Gymnastics Seminar.  We will be running DRIVE class in the front gym at 8 am, 9 am, 10 am and 11 am.  The back gym will be closed for the seminar so there will be no room for doing your own thing this weekend.**

– CrossFit Gymnastics puts on a great seminar. Coach Matt took it a few months ago and learned a ton!  You do not have to have your L1 and it will be helpful for all levels- Sign up HERE- CrossFit Gymnastics.-

16.4 Re-Testers.  The Deadlift portion is loud.  Please remember if class is going on and doors are open to be conscious of the noise.
