Weekend Schedule at CFH

Saturday- We will be running 8am, 9am, 10am, and 11am DRIVE classes in the front gym. The back gym will be closed off due to the CrossFit Gymnastics seminar that will be going on.

Sunday – No morning open gym. We will have evening open gym from 5:30PM-7:30PM.

No Yoga this week- due to this Sunday being Easter and the gymnastics seminar going on, we are postponing yoga to next weekend.

Strength WOD

200 M Run
12 OHS
200 M Run
4 Rounds
Fitness: 75/55
RX: 95/65
RX+: 95/65 (15 PS and OHS each round)
*Goal today is to save the bumpers.  If you do not have more weight on your bar then the bar weighs do not drop from overhead! -75, 55 and especially bars with 10s and 5s.*
