 CFH Intramural Open Week 4 Recap! 

Four down, one more to go! Below is a recap of the teams’ scores as of Week 4!

Participation points: each team was given 50 Points for 100% total participation (everyone completes the workout and enters a score). For each person who did not complete the WOD or enter their score, two points were deducted.

Best Selfie Submitted via Team Captain (5 Points): Squat & Dab nailed it this week. The combination of excitement, exhaustion, and deadlifting happening in this picture is the perfect summary of last week’s Open experience.

Most Inspiring Performance (5 Points): This week goes to Chris R. of team Kat’s Meow. On his retest Chris left it all on the floor, pushing himself to get some extra HSPU in the last seconds of the WOD.

Spirit of the Open (5 Points): Alex D. ran to the wall off the rower with seconds left in the WOD to finish out strong on HSPU. The spirit of the Open goes to Squat and Dab Mafia this week.

Here is where we stand after Week 4: 

Pull & Pray: 67 (week 1) + 55 (week 2) + 62 (week 3) + 55 (week 4) = 239
Nobody Makes Me Bleed My Own Blood: 67 (week 1) + 60 (week 2) + 54 (week 3) + 50 (week 4) = 231

Squat & Dab: 54 (week 1) + 66 (week 2) +47 (week 3) + 64 (week 4) = 231

Kat’s Meow: 54 (week 1) + 52 (week 2) + 56 (week 3) + 56 (week 4) = 218

Every 3 Minutes for 15 minutes:
Min 1: 4 Turkish Get ups (two each arm)
Min 2: 10-15 Unbroken Toes to Bar
Min 3: 10 overhand and underhand banded pull aparts
