We have a tie this week! Michele R. (NMMBMOB) and Katie R. (Kat’s Meow) both got their first Top 3 finish this week in the scaled division! Good work ladies!

Spirit of the Open (5 points)

Team Pull & Pray had the spirit this week – Team Captain RJ not only wore a bunny suit on Friday night, but completed 16.5 in it.

Nobody Makes me Bleed my own Blood! The scores were tight, but NMMBMOB pulled ahead this week with FIVE top three finishers between RX and scaled divisions. This is the highest number of top 3 finishers we have seen from a team in a single week so far.

Squat & Dab: 54 (week 1) + 66 (week 2) +47 (week 3) + 64 (week 4) + 56 (week 5) = 287 points

Pull & Pray: 67 (week 1) + 55 (week 2) + 62 (week 3) + 55 (week 4) + 47 (week 5) = 286 points

Kat’s Meow: 54 (week 1) + 52 (week 2) + 56 (week 3) + 56 (week 4) + 51 (week 5) = 269 points

 As promised, team NMMBMOB will receive: 

-A T-shirt with their team name on it designed by Coach Lauren
-A Banner raised in the gym with their team name on it
-A workout designed by them, named after them and posted as a WOD on Saturday
-Bragging rights for a whole year
