-The WOD section for the CrossFit class might look empty today. Not filled with strength or skill work before. We are going to be hitting a few days like this. The goal of packing less into the class will be to give you a better experience and more instruction. Below will still take an hour. You will get a solid warm up in, tons of reps and movement prep for both movements and great coaching and cuing before the workout starts. Trust us, it will not hinder your performance or decrease your fitness it will only improve it. Trust the processes. Come in get warm, get some solid coaching and hit this workout hard.-
