Coaches Office Hours start this Sunday! This is basically an open gym session, but we will highlight the coach that will be working. Feel free to head in and do your own thing, or grab the coach and ask for advice or help on a skill or lift that has been challenging for you.
John P, known for his goal setting course, amazing beard, and ability to be sail a boat in any weather, will be leading things off this week!
