Upcoming weekend schedule at CFH:

CFH will be closed this weekend for a CrossFit Level 1 Seminar. There will be open gym from 6-8PM on Saturday or if you want to get a WOD in you can head over to CrossFit Cove in Columbia. Brian and Marina are nice enough to open their doors to CFH members when we are closed.

Open gym also on Sunday 5:30-7:30PM!

We will throw down again for 16.2 this Friday night at 6PM! Be there!
