We received over 25 emails about signing up for the RX jump rope clinic and we currently have 4 people registered. I know this can be a distracting time with the CF open, but take a second to look at your calendar and commit.  This will be an excellent clinic!  Sign up here!

Coach Eric went to a week long training camp.  He learned from Olympic gymnasts and weight lifters, but his favorite seminar was the RX Method.  If you want to learn Double Unders, get better at double unders and pick up some efficiency tips then this clinic is for you!
 REMEMBER THIS WEEKEND WE ARE CLOSED DURING THE DAY
due to a Level One Seminar, but we will have a few open gym hours for you to come get it in!

50 Double Unders

15 Squat Cleans

16 min AMRAP

Fitness: 95/65

RX: 115/75

Or if you are doing 16.2 the workout is below

Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
15 squat cleans, 135 / 85 lb.

If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
13 squat cleans, 185 / 115 lb.

If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
11 squat cleans, 225 / 145 lb.

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
9 squat cleans, 275 / 175 lb.

If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
7 squat cleans, 315 / 205 lb.

Stop at 20 minutes
