Intramural Open Week 2 Scores are in!

 

Participation points: each team was given 50 Points for 100% total participation (everyone completes the workout and enters a score). For each person who did not complete the WOD or enter their score, two points were deducted. This week, every team lost points for people not entering scores:
NMMBMOB: 48 points
P&P: 44 points
Kat’s Meow: 46 points
Squat and Dab: 44 points
Top 3 Male and Female in RX and Scaled: (3 points each). First, second and third place scores for male and female each earn their team 3 points each. This week’s top scorers were:

Most inspiring performance (5 points)- Goes to Harper of Team Squat and Dab Mafia! From coach Marissa, “I was on Harper’s team last night and she did so well at 16.2! When she got to the third round she really stuck with it and her form was on point. It inspired me to push harder when it was my turn.” Great work, Harper!

Spirit of the Open  (5 points)- Squat and Dab with another W in this category. The team rocked matching and personalized shirts on Friday night.

Here is where we stand after Week 2:
Nobody Makes Me Bleed My Own Blood: 67 (week 1) + 60 (week 2) = 127 points!

Pull & Pray: 67 (week 1) + 55 (week 2) = 122 points!

Squat & Dab: 54 (week 1) + 66 (week 2) = 120 points!
Kat’s Meow: 54 (week 1) + 52 (week 2) = 106 points!
Two weeks down, three to go! Keep working hard and showing up!
No strength or skill before the WOD today.  The coach will take you through a nice deadlift and double under warm up.
