WOD

PARTNER DT 
12 Deadlifts
9 Hanging Power Clean
6 Push Jerks
10 Rounds
One partner does a round while the other partner rests.

DRIVE 

In teams of 2 – Partners alternate rounds
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
15 Minute AMRAP
3 Minute Rest
15 DB Push Press (one DB in each hand)
10 Lunges (step backwards DBs held in each down by the waist)
5 Burpees
15 Minute AMRAP
