**For the Cleans the load should be something that is unbroken through the set of 20. A moderate to heavy weight. Adjust the reps accordingly.Cleans come from the ground, be sure to keep your back in a good position it will be a fair amount of hinging to the floor. If you are going single arm cleans then alternate hands. If you have a KB That is heavy or awkward a good sub would be KB swings. If you have a barbell do Barbell hang Cleans with a moderate load.
