**Gorilla rows are great for stabilizing the low back. Fight to avoid rotating and it will give you a great core workout also. Feel free to use one DB or KB if that is all you have. Your coach should make adjustments in TrueCoach. The workout today is straight forward. Run and burpee. Go fast and go hard.
