:20 Sprint Up the Hill- Recover and jog back down

1 mile cool down
**This workout is hard, powerful and potent if attacked the correct way. For all the road runners who are following us and taking on 5-15 mile runs this one is for you. It will build strength and increase your endurance in areas that have been neglected. Push as hard as possible on every :20 sprint. Try to get to the same spot each time. Ideally you have a stop watch that beeps or a friend that calls time so you can focus on one thing…speed.
Gymnastics
5 Strict or banded pull ups
5 Jumping Pull ups
5 second hold at 90
Rest :90 seconds
6 Rounds
**This will get very challenging. We will build on it each Sunday. If you want to get better at pull ups follow this progression. Make adjustments by lowering the volume or adjusting the movement. The 5 second hold at 90 could be a dead hang at the end. The strict could turn into kipping.
