Strength 


10 Single Leg Glute Bridge (each leg) 
5-10 Hamstring Curls 
3 Rounds 

**Find a slippery surface for the hamstring curls, these get challenging so hold onto that technique.
If you can not, then perform 15 DB/KB Deadlifts. 


Sprawling Ladder


50-40-30-20-10
DB Hang Clean and Jerk 
Sit ups 
10 Sprawls after each set of sit ups 

**Your goal here is to move the DB/KB in big sets.  Use the sit ups as a time to let your arms recover, hit the sprawls fast and aggressive and get right back to the weight.  Deepening on your load fight to finish around 12 minutes
