How much distance can you cover in 20 minutes. Will you hit a 5k? Maybe 4 miles? This is a great test to repeat if you have the ability to track time and distance give this one a shot!
Gymnastics
10 Ring Rows or 5 Pull ups
8 Jumping Pull ups
:30 Iso Push up hold (go to 90/half way down and hold)

**Another great day to work on your pulling! Lets continue to work volume on strict and burn out with jumping. Today we will throw a little pressing hold in there to spice it up! Leave a comment in the results about how it went!
