20 Burpee Deadlifts (2 dbs or kbs) 
400 M Run 

**Go weighted on the Lungs for an extra challenge

200 M Run 
20 Push ups 
200 M Run 
18 Push ups 
200 m Run 
16 Push ups 
….Continue the ladder. 

**This is a brutal workout if you attack it with intensity.  Find a good 200 M Route and tear it up! Post total time for your score.
