*Pick up where you left off 
**Modify the Overhead DB Squat with a DB front squat.  The overhead DB squat is a very demanding movement when it comes to mobility.  Stay safe and find a progression that can push you.

15 Tuck Rock to Tuck Sit 
15 Leg Lifts 
15 Straight Leg Sit ups with reach to ceiling 
Max Rounds in 10 minutes
