Our Workout of the Day is in SugarWOD, below is our at-home programming (not the class workout)!


Strength


10 Single Arm Half Kneeling Arnold Press (10 per side) 
15 Hollow Rocks 
10 Bird Dogs (5 per side) 
4 Rounds 

**adjust the Arnold Press if your load is too heavy or too light.  Focus on form for the hollow rocks and take your time on the bird dogs.  Pause as your leg and arm extend and focus on a neutral spine. 


Power Through  


10 Single Arm DB Power Cleans 
12 Push ups 
30 Double Unders 
15 min AMRAP
