Score = Total Squats for each section 

Athletes: Our goal here is to hit 3 intense 6 minute pieces.  Sprint the runs and try to accumulate as many rounds of squats and burpees each round.  The overhead squat is a dynamic movement that should be done with a load that can be controlled.  Feel free to start with a lower weight and add on for the front and back squat or change the movement to a front squat.
