Clean Complex


Take 10 minutes to build to a heavy load:

3 Bent Over Rows

Athletes: Today we will work a few progressions.  Rows to practice pulling the bar into the body and fatiguing the back.  Shrugs to practice extension.  Directly into the clean.  The load will not be super heavy today and should give you a chance to work on positions.
