What Does Personal Training Include?


Goal Setting & Tailored Approach


When you get started with personal training, your coach will work with you to understand your goals and everything about your athletic history including injuries, previous gym experience, and more to build a personalized plan for your training sessions.

Expertly Coached Training Sessions


After setting your goals and plan of attack, your coach will lead you through your personal exercises and movements that will specifically help you with your fitness goals!

You will be taught every movement including the intended stimulus, demo, and how to safely and effectively complete the workout. Your coach will also provide ample motivation and performance tips throughout your session.

Nutrition & Mobility Support


Your coach is also equipped to provide you with nutrition advice and mobility work that you can be doing to help supplement your training sessions and lock in your hard-earned gains.

We also offer more advanced nutrition coaching if you want to clean up your diet and fuel your body in the most efficient ways possible.

Personal Training – Five Pack

5 personal training sessions with an Industry Athletics coach scheduled at your convenience. An Industry Athletics membership is not required.

$425 (5 – 60 Minute Sessions) ($350- 5- 45 Minute Sessions)

Personal Training – Ten Pack

10 personal training sessions with an Industry Athletics coach scheduled at your convenience. An Industry Athletics membership is not required.

2:1 Personal Training Rates

Below are the rates for two people training with one trainer. This is great for couples or friends who want to pay a little less, but still have the ability to learn new skills and make progress with their fitness!

$120- One 60 Minute Session

$110- Five 60 Minute Sessions (Total- $550)

$100- Ten 60 Minute Sessions (Total- $1,000)

That depends. If you think you could benefit from extra 1:1 attention and more personalized programming that you get from our standard programming – personal training could be the perfect option. Fill out the form below or send us an email (federalhill@industryathletics.com) and we’ll be in touch to help you figure out whether or not personal training is the best path!

Your coach will prescribe an hour-long workout that includes a warm up, introduction of all movements and proper cool-down. This workout will include some combination of movements that are typically programmed in our CrossFit and Drive classes with the difference being these workouts are specifically tailored to you – with 1:1 coach support.

Your coach will work with you to understand your fitness history, help you set goals for where you would like to go and come up with a tailored workout plan that will get you on the right path. We’ve got you covered!

Industry Athletics Membership is not required for personal training, however most of our clients are active members who supplement standard programming in the gym with personal training sessions.

When you show up for your first CrossFit class, you only need to bring a water bottle, athletic shoes and clothing and a positive attitude. We provide everything else that you’ll need for the workout.
