Every program has a bias, in CrossFit we try to be constantly varied, but I know I hit certain lifts and types of WODs more then others (trust me I try my best not to stay varied). I tend to skip over short fast workouts. Fran, Isabel, and Grace type WOD’s. Mostly because the feedback I always get….”Was that really enough?” We have all been laying on the floor after a 5 min WOD. We know it is enough (seriously it is!), but sometimes it is hard to wrap our head around only working for a short duration.
I will program out some core/skill work after Isabel today, but I want the main focus to be on your 30 Snatches for time! Do not worry about what is coming next. We will not score it and as we all know if it does not go in WODify it really doesn’t count…
