Our new foundations schedule will start on Monday January 5th.  We will be running foundations classes the 1st and 3rd week of every month.  Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 pm. If you have anyone who is interested, remember it is only $100 for first the first month if you are new to CrossFit.

The weight and scaling options for the programming will be listed below the WOD from now on.  There will be three different sections to choose from, Fitness, RX, RX+.  Fitness will be for people who are either new to CrossFit or not competitive.  It will give them a good options for scaling, while still maintaining a high level of fitness.  RX is the prescribed weight that I feel makes the workout most effective for some of the strongest and fastest athletes in our gym.   It is not something everyone needs to shoot for, it is there to challenge a very good athlete.  RX+ is for people who are looking to compete in CrossFit.  Local competitions or competing outside of CFH.  It will present a challenge that is meant to prepare people for high level competition.

Every and all options will present a challenge, recovery, nutrition and sleep should be three things you are thinking about and always working to improve!

Score = total reps
Fitness (95/65)
RX (115/75)
RX+ (135/95)
-There is no rest between the cleans and the jerks-
-Pick a weight that you can string at least 7-10 reps together when you are fresh-
