(The noon class on 1/1/15 will be a fun, long, sweaty partner WOD. There will be a coach there to help lead and warm up but we will also be doing the WOD with you!)

(The load on this complex should be heavy…you will have plenty of time to recover. If the weight does not intimidate you then you should add more, with good form of course)

(The goal for this workout is to move fast (with good technique), the load should be something you can string together 15 reps with on the first set. It should not feel heavy.)
