Happy MLK DAY!

We will have a regular class schedule at the gym today.

Reminder! We are having yoga in the back gym at 6:30 pm tonight! It might be a little loud and not totally conducive to yoga, but will try our best!

Today the focus will be on the strength portion and we will finish with a little sprint at the end.

**Lets really focus on good quality push ups, full range of motion will help you get stronger in many other areas.  The coaches are there to help, please try to adjust to their cures during the workout**
