Two new and exciting things happening at CFH

Yoga @ CFH

Yoga for everyone! Yoga classes will be included with membership at CFH and all are welcome. Regardless of whether you are an experienced yogi or have never stepped on a yoga mat, come as you are.  In addition to bringing yourself, feel free to bring along friends and family members who are NOT members at CFH. There will be a drop in fee of $10 for non-members.

Yoga @ CFH will be an hour-long class focused on cultivating flexibility, strength, balance, concentration, and overall feelings of happiness. Think of it as the “reset” button on your weekly training routine. Athletes can expect a moderate-intensity “vinyasa” style class that will flow in and out of postures selected to compliment the WOD’s we do here at CFH. The best way to find out what Yoga @ CFH is all about is to come try it for yourself!

Classes will be held Sundays at noon beginning January 11th. Athletes are advised to bring a yoga mat and/ or towel.

Yoga at CFH will be taught by our very own Alexa P!

Exciting news #2- We will now be offering an 8:30 am class on Tuesday and Thursday

There have been plenty of people asking for this class, some wanted a 10 am or a 9 am, but 8:30 am seemed to fit the best.  Our very own John P. will be teaching this class two days week.  For the class to stay current at least 5 people must attend.  If there are not 5 people in class for a few weeks we will close the class.  So for everyone begging for that 8:30 am time slot here is your chance!
