WOD

With a running clock up to 28 min

0-10 min

1 Mile Run

As many Back Squats as possible (225/155)

10 -20 min

1200 M Run (do an 800, then a 400)

As many front squats as possible (135/95)

20-28 min

800 M Run

As many back Squats as possible (135/95)

**Score = Total Squats**

**The bar comes from the rack, and you are in charge of switching your own weights**
