Today we go long…

This workout should take no longer then 40 min.  That is 8 min per round.  If you can not complete the work in that amount of time your wall ball is too heavy, your box is too high or the run is too long.  Please, leave your ego at home with your Froning T-shirt, scale accordingly.  This workout will take you outside of our usually comfort zone, but we want to do that safely.  150 Wall Balls and 150 Box Jumps are not things to take lightly.  If your knee is acting up or you do not feel comfortable with a tall box these are things to address with the coach before class.
