Yoga Schedule: Yoga will be moved for the next two weeks due to scheduling conflicts. Instead of Sunday it will be, Monday the 19th and Monday the 26th at 6:30 pm in the back gym! There might be a little noise to deal with, but we did not want to totally cancel class for the week. So come in Monday night for Yoga with Alexa for the next two weeks!
There are still spots available for the Goal Setting Course with John P, if you have a movement, a weight or a goal that you have been trying to hit this course will be a tremendous help. John has taken some serious time and effort to plan this thing! Sign up on the clip board in the front gym. The course is on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm starting January 27th.
