This Friday the kids from the Community of Strength Project are doing burpees! $1 = 1 Burpee.  With that money, I will take the kids shopping for toys to drop off at a Toys for Tots location in Baltimore.  Last year the kids had an amazing experience.  For them to be able to actually go out and buy toys for kids in need was a special thing.  Bring cash, check, or ask me to put it on your account!  Thank you!

(Keep the load moderate and work perfect form, increase the load each time)  All reps must be touch and go.  If you can not lower the weight back to the floor and you keep your back in a good position then the load is too heavy.)
