If you have doubles complete

-For Time-

(no score, the coach will separate people who have doubles and people who want to work on doubles in the beginning of class.  If you can not do 30 unbroken double unders then spend time on skill work today)

20 Strict Chin ups

Competitors  (20 Muscle ups in place of chin ups and ring dips)
