Remember we are closed this weekend due to a Level one at CFH! We will hold class at Federal Hill Park by the visionary arts museum at 9 am and 10 am.
We will also have open gym on Sunday at 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm!
Attendance in mobility class has been slow, remember this class takes place every single Wednesday at 5:30 pm. It is Free for all CFH members. We have this class in place to help you recover and improve your range of motion. It is something that you need to be consistent with. Jamie takes time to plan her classes to relate to the movements we are doing during the week, but she is happy to help you work on something you need specific help with!
