First and formest we always like to thank our strong, supportive community for supporting us in our fundraising adventures!  It would not be possible without you!

In 2014 we set out to  make a difference in the community.  Our biggest accomplishment this year was setting up a non-profit that operates out of CrossFit Federal Hill.  The Community of Strength Project is about giving our youth strength and a sense of community through CrossFit.  Our goal is to empower them with life skills to take over the world with compassion.  Local kids from Digital Harbor High School come down to CFH to workout 2 days a week! We are an official 501-c3 if you want your donation to be a tax write off just let me know!
