We have been playing around with dates and weekends that are best for the gym.  Sorry this took so long!

The CFH Throwdown for a cause will be Saturday June 28th! We will be closed all day due to the competition.  So if you want to WOD just sign up to COMPETE!

This is an in house (CFH members only) competition.

100% of your enterence fee will go to the Community of Strength Project. COSP is a non profit that we run out of CFH.  We take local high school students and put them through a CF workout three days a week.

Mobility at 5:30 today and Strength at 6:30

(You are welcome to do whatever you want, but we encourage you to just do the strength class, not the regular class before it.  The whole point is to get stronger, not beat yourself up with WOD then try to lift heavy things.  The programming for the strength class will not intertwine with the regular programming it will be totally separate)
