Snatch Grip Deadlift + Shrug 3/3/3/3/3

(this should be well over (100% of your 1 RM snatch, try to hold onto the bar for all 3 reps)

WOD

5 Deadlifts (225/155)

7 Burpees over the bar

14 Air Squats

7 Rounds

Barbell Club WOD

20 minutes to find max of:

1 power clean
1 hang squat clean
1 front squat
1 shoulder to overhead

Can’t drop the bar.

Then,

emotm 16 minutes

even minutes 5 bench press
Odd minutes 5 power cleans.
