The nutrition challenge is right around the corner! The fist meeting goes down this Saturday, October 4th at noon! There will be two more meetings and a final workout on January 10th at 12:30.
Just a quick note on the challenge. This is not a strict 90 paleo challenge that goes on through Thanksgiving and Christmas. This is intended to let you find what foods work for YOU! We all know Mc’Donalds sucks and you should eat more spinach. That is not rocket science. But learning about which foods can cause more fatigue, gut irritation, slow mile times and much more can be difficult on a case by case basis. The goal of this challenge will be for you, to find what works best for you! Plus three months of support, group meetings and emails.
There will be two groups, one that is trying to loose a few lbs and the other that is trying to increase performance. Everything will be similar just a few ideas that will be focused to one group or the other, but we will not be singling anyone out as far as what their goals are or why they are here.
Lastly I have to point out that Jamie has her masters in nutrition. This is not a trainer trying to impart their knowledge of the food guide pyramid on you. Jamie has studied this stuff and currently has personal nutrition clients that pay $150 for 1 session. For $50 you will get full accesses to her in a group setting for three months.
