The exact face JP made watching his strength class crush their old PR’s
JP’s Strength Class recently wrapped up. The group came together for their final liftoff, hitting their 1 rep maxes across back squats, deadlift, and overhead press, the CrossFit total. The athletes enrolled in the class – Shari, Brett, Cate W., Corryn, and Liz K. – committed to 10 weeks of consistent strength work, and their consistency and hard work paid off with PR’s all around. Another shout out goes to Maria and Nicole C. who also came to show their support and lifted with the Strength Class crew at their final liftoff!
As a group, the strength class increased their CrossFit Total by 301 lbs in 10 weeks. That is an average of 60lbs/person in 10 weeks. Everyone PR’d every lift, including overhead press– amazing!
