Week 1 is a thing of the past. Today we prepare for Week 2 – 17.2. There are a lot of great videos out there for you to optimize the 12 minutes you will spend working. Below are just a few. Above all else, make sure you are familiar with the what and the how of this workout. No one wants to waste that valuable grip strength on a no-rep. Make sure every rep counts and do your best!
