DRIVE IS COMING TO THE WEEKDAYS! Starting the week of 5/2. We will have DRIVE class at Federal Hill at 5:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday. This will NOT effect the CrossFit Schedule. We will be shutting the doors and offering two classes at once.
DRIVE is included in your membership. But, if you want to bring a friend. DRIVE will be FREE for the first two weeks of May! If you have a friend that has been scared of CrossFit this is your chance to show them our community.
A few things to remember-
-This is considered a specialty class, just like our Capacity class on Sunday. Everyone will have to pre register to reserve a spot. You can do that via the zen planner app. We will be closing it off after 15 people.
-If you are brining friends they must fill out a free trial form on the website and pick the DRIVE class before coming in. We will post this link on the blog during the launch.

Drive is a 45-minute high intensity group class without barbells led by an experienced group of
