Your coaches are here to guide you as we go through this change. Use their guidance to help you find what works for you!
We are going to change our programming to better reflect the goals that we hear people are trying to accomplish. We are also going to create a more robust track instead of just changing the weights and reps in movements.
This slight change in our programming is totally based around keeping our athletes happy and on a constant upward trajectory to their individual goals. Our three tracks will be Fitness, Performance and Open. Each will have a prescribed load and movement standards, but they can always be modified.
Our goal will be to switch the mindset of “I just did fitness today.” to “I did fitness because I am on the fitness track. It was a great workout!”
Fitness
For those athletes who are here to lose weight, build muscle, look better and feel better. Athletes who are looking for a challenge, but have no desire to compete in any local or regional competitions.
Performance
For those athletes who want to improve performance outside of the gym. Local flag football leagues or a competitive triathlete. This track is for you.
Open
If you are looking to be a competitive athlete, you want to add volume, high level skills and challenge yourself in the Sport of CrossFit.
Some days will look very similar across all three tracks and others will vary greatly. Remember our goal behind this is to deliver the best results we can to you.
The Open track and the Performance track will be very similar. The Fitness track will standout the most. We think it is time to program directly for people who do not care about about getting better for performance, but are more concerned with overall fitness.
