You sign up as an individual and get assigned to a team of four, two men and two women! It’s not as scary as it sounds, I promise! You’ll get to workout (and dress up) with some new friends but we’ll all be in the gym together!
Yes, I said dress up! Teams will be released Saturday 10/23, the week before, so you can get a team costume together. This can be as simple or elaborate as you want!
There will be three team workouts, which will also be released beforehand. Don’t hesitate!
