Sweat For A Cause: Bike, Row, Run

The Community of Strength Project will be hosting a fundraising event in the form of a triathlon-style partner workout.  Athletes will bike on the Assault Bike, row on the Erg, and run through Federal Hill.

Athletes will complete the following based on the makeup of their team (M-M, M-F, F-F):

MM – Bike: 7 miles – Row: 5K – Run: 5K

MF – Bike: 6 miles – Row: 4K – Run: 5K

FF – Bike: 5 miles – Row: 3,500K – Run 5K

The Bike and Row will be shared while the Run is completed together.

This is an all-inclusive event open to people inside and outside of the gym!  Spread the word to anyone you think may be interested.  All skill levels welcome!
