Coming back this January just in time for the CrossFit Open is our very popular gymnastics specialty course with Coach Candace! This is a great opportunity to hone in on or refine skills for the intermediate / advanced athlete. This is also perfect for the athlete still trying to leave skills such as pull ups, toes to bar, muscle ups and handstand walks / push ups.
Candace will meet with you individually at the start of the 6 week course to discuss your goals and how she can help you get the most out of your group gymnastics classes as well as your supplementary CrossFit classes and homework. She will be with you every step of the way providing hands-on instruction and drills to help you reach your goals. Here how it works:
The session will run from Monday, January 9-Thursday February 16 (6 Weeks). The first CrossFit Open WOD is released on February 16th so you’ll be primed and ready to perform!
You will be billed 2 installments of $120 so the cost of the sessions is $240.
Athletes must pick ONE track:
Pulling Track: Pull Ups, Chest to Bar, Muscle Ups
Inversion Track: Handstand Holds, Push Ups, Walking, etc
What is Included:
-January 1-8: Scheduled individual 45min one on one with Candace
Meeting Availability: Tuesday 7-8:30am or Thursday 6-7:30pm
-Weekly In Person Workouts/Coaching with Candace:
Inversion Track and Pulling track can choose to attend Tuesdays at 7:30am or Thursdays at 7:30pm.
-3x/week individualized programming on SugarWOD Private Track
Limited Spaces: 12 person MAX for the course, including both tracks.
